What discerning palates are saying about Pie Snob: “I have ordered the Mississippi Mud Pie (that amazing chocolate espresso slice of heaven) many times and guests rave about the fantastic desert and call me the following day to request the contact information to Pie Snob.” Julie Poplawski " It was my Husband's Birthday and his Mother passed away unexpectedly 9 months earlier...She always made Homemade Lemon Meringue Pie...which is tough! So I called Traci at Pie Snob...She delivered a homemade Lemon Meringue Pie that matched Grammi's and gave us that warm and fuzzy feeling. Thank you Traci!!” Alicia Harrison “Yummy – The Pie Snob has the most amazing pies!! I’ve ordered several times for parties, special dinners, gifts and more and all of the pies have gotten rave reviews!! The chocolate cream pie was so wonderful we’ve ordered it several times. The pumpkin, apple and pecan were a HUGE hit at a Christmas tea last year – and we had several master bakers in our group so they were tough critics – all of them couldn’t say enough about the wonderful crusts, fillings and the home-made whipped cream. You can’t beat the prices either!” Joanne Truman "My husband is a Pie Snob addict. Before he's finished one, he's already contemplating which kind of pie he's going to order next." “Pie Snob is creative accommodating and every morsel is delicious. When we were in France we loved the Cannelle's - For my husband's birthday I wanted to serve them and Traci took a recipe, found the tins and made them like the boulangerie goddess that she is!” Julie Poplawski |

Visit to Pie Town, NM On a recent trip I found on the map a place called Pie Town, so how could I resist. Several hours of driving into the heart of nowhere NM lies a very small town with a Restaurant called the Pie-o-neer. They were surprisingly busy for the seemingly out of the way location. Their Pie draws in a crowd from afar. We encountered some great Pie, a real nice owner and tourists from across the globe. I recommend a visit if you're ever in the area. |
