WE DO NOT GIVE RETURNS ON PIES. BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE, IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO CHECK THE PIE. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE OR NOT THE PIE YOU REQUESTED, PLEASE LET AN EMPLOYEE OR MANAGER KNOW BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. IF THERE IS A REASON FOR A CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE OR REFUND, PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURES AND/OR VIDEOS AND ANY INFO EXPLAINING THE ISSUES.

Cancellation Fee:
Please choose the correct date for pickup. If you need to cancel or receive a refund, You will be charged a $2 cancellation fee per pie. We charge this $2 cancellation to cover any extra credit card charges.

Can I walk in and get a whole pie or a slice of whatever I want, whenever I want?
We are a small bakery and make as many pies as we can, however we occasionally sell out. Pie availability is not guaranteed and all pies are sold on a first come first served basis. You can always pre order a pie.
I came in for a whole pie and there were none available, but there were still slices of that pie...?
It is possible that we will be sold out of whole pies and still have pie slices available, or vice versa, we always encourage pre-orders for whole pies. We want to have enough slices to serve all of our customers who choose to enjoy a slice of pie.
How do I special order a pie?
Place your order on our website or visit one of our locations.
EMAIL ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH A MANAGER ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

Can I pre-order a pie on the same day I would like to pick it up?
NO. We can hold pies same day pickup or 2 Hour Holding period with non payment. We can not take special orders for pies that are not on our weekly menu. We can only hold pies from our weekly menu. If you would like to place a special order, please order through our website to gaurentee your pies!
Can I walk in to get a pie for the holidays?
Yes, a limited number of whole pies will be available for pick up on a first come, first served basis or special order in advanced!

Usually. but sometimes we sell out. Call one of our locations

Do you bake anything that is gluten free, sugar free or vegan?
No, no and no. Gluten: we have a lot of flour flying through the air at the bakery and do not want to cross contaminate any gluten free desserts. If you have other food allergies or diet restrictions, let us know.
I love your pies, but can I order a cake?
Sorry, but we are a pie bakery. The only other desserts we make are tarts and cheesecakes.
I’ve heard great things about Pie Snob; can you ship one to me?
Thank you, but we have chosen not to ship our pies.

Can you hold a whole pie or slice if i call the store?
Everyone needs a fair chance to buy a pie so we will not hold any pies unless they are PREPAID or with a 2 Hour holding with non payment. Same day pickup please!
